Essential Skills:
- 4-6 Years sales experience
- Customer service experience within a customer relationship or account management role
The following would also be an asset:
- Degree - relevant field
- Experience within a busy commercial environment
- Experience within a people environment
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments

Main Purpose
- To focus on New Business Development
- To sell Thomas Solutions and Products and to achieve sales budgets as determined by the company
- To adhere to performance standards as set out in the schedule of current practices
- To generate leads through regular attendance of networking events and conferences
- To contribute to and follow company direction and objectives
