Essential Skills:
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPSCA).
- Relevant B (Hons)degree Psychometry / Practical Psychometry or equivalent

- 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.

The main responsibilities of the CDC will be the administration, scoring and interpretation of psychological assessments and tests. The CDC must ensure that best practice is applied at all stages of the assessment process, emphasising the accuracy of assessment, the maintenance of validity and standardised conditions for all participants. The CDC will advise clients on the usage of psychometrics in their organisations and engage in account management activities to support the South African business.

Special requirements for the role:
Presence during core hours in the Thomas South Africa office (08:00 – 17:00).
Frequent travel within South Africa will be required.
Flexibility for short-term overnight travel both national and international e.g. academic conferences.
