Essential Skills:
  • 4-6 Years sales experience
  • Customer service experience within a customer relationship or account management role
The following would also be an asset:
  • Degree - relevant field
  • Experience within a busy commercial environment
  • Experience within a people environment
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments

We are currently recruiting for New Business Development Consultants in the Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape & KZN area

Main Purpose

  • To focus on New Business Development
  • To sell Thomas Solutions and Products and to achieve sales budgets as determined by the company
  • To adhere to performance standards as set out in the schedule of current practices
  • To generate leads through regular attendance of networking events and conferences
  • To contribute to and follow company direction and objectives

Key accountabilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Lead handling & qualification
  • Business Development
  • Technical expertise in Thomas Solutions
