If you are a recent Degree graduate (or are currently studying) and are looking to start a full time career in sales, then you have come to the right place. Our free assessments are designed to determine your suitability for an entry level sales role for one of our many clients. This client list includes some of Australia's Industry sector leaders looking for Australia's top sales talent to develop and nurture into more senior roles in the future. Most of these roles will be Inside Sales roles selling B to B (Business to Business).

How It Works;
You will be asked to upload your resume and to complete a psychometric assessment. The results of this assessment will compare you to the ideal profile for this type of role.
There is no such thing as a perfect match; we are simply looking for key personality traits that correlate with successful employees in similar roles.
Once you have completed the assessment, we will contact you for an interview where we will interpret and explain the assessment results to you. We will also get a better understanding of your career goals and the type of Organizations / Industry sectors that you are best suited to.
From there we can represent you to a select list of clients based on the outcome of this process.
