  • Maintain close dialogue with customers’ technical departments and contribute to high customer satisfaction and continued business development.
  • Manage the construction and modification of sites, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timescales and service levels.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with company standards as well as customer, operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Select and manage external suppliers, contractors and specialist subcontractors, including monitoring quality, financial performance, safety and delivery.

Qualifications

  • You have a strong background in project and programme management within a large organisation.
  • You have led projects involving deployment, network upgrades, site modifications and the establishment of new sites.
  • You have a good understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, mobile networks, DAS solutions and Small Cells.
  • Supplier management, contracts and technical specifications are familiar areas to you.
  • You are accustomed to department budget ownership and working with financial monitoring, resource planning and performance management.
  • You have previously led, developed and inspired multidisciplinary teams across countries or specialist functions.
  • You are able to establish close and constructive working relationships with customers, finance functions and sales organisations.
  • Education: You hold a relevant higher education qualification in telecommunications, engineering, project management or a related field.
  • IT: You are a competent user of IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Languages: You speak either Danish or Swedish at native level and have a professional command of English, both written and spoken, including the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Location: You live in Denmark or Sweden.

Personal qualities

You are results-oriented and remain focused on achieving your objectives, even when you encounter resistance or challenges along the way.

You prefer a direct but friendly style of communication. You think strategically and are confident in making decisions. You also demonstrate initiative and possess a strong competitive drive.

You use your personal impact and empathy to gain support for your proposals. You are persuasive and skilled at building rapport with other people. You see yourself as creative, resourceful and courageous.

You bring energy and drive to your work and thrive in a fast-changing environment where you manage several priorities at once. Your natural impatience helps you create momentum and achieve your goals.

What we offer

You will work on large and challenging projects involving modern telecommunications infrastructure in an international and multidisciplinary working environment. At the same time, you will have excellent opportunities for both professional and personal development.
