AgroLog is an innovative Danish engineering and technology company undergoing rapid international growth. Their cloud-based solutions and cutting-edge sensors help farmers and grain storage operators worldwide safeguard their crops. With a presence in over 50 countries, they’re now expanding their dynamic sales team to support our continued global growth.
We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representative who thrives in a vibrant and collaborative team environment. You'll play a central role in our sales activities, working closely with your colleagues in sales, production, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers across the globe – from the first touchpoint to initial meetings.
- Qualify leads and run early-stage sales dialogues via Teams or in person.
- Use your structured approach and commercial mindset to build solid sales pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with management and the technical team to shape strategy and execution.
- Participate in trade fairs and internal meetings.
- Participate in relevant EU tenders together with our experienced team
- Research market trends, enrich our market intelligence, and actively identify strategic growth opportunities
- Explore and establish new distribution channels
- Perform other sales-promoting activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in B2B sales or business development – preferably with a tech or industrial background.
- A commercially minded self-starter who gets things done.
- An excellent communicator who thrives in an international environment.
- Someone who values quality, follow-up, and building trust with customers.
- Experience from the AgTech sector is a clear advantage (but not a requirement).
- Education: Relevant education, possibly with a specialisation – could be commercial or technical.
- IT: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a knack for using digital tools including CRM and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English (our company language); Spanish is a very strong plus, and knowledge of German would be beneficial but is not required
- Residence within reasonable commuting distance of the company’s location in Søndersø, Funen.

You are driven and see yourself as a self-starter. At the same time, you don’t launch more initiatives than you can maintain with the expected level of quality. You enjoy a fast-paced day with many “balls in the air” and are comfortable with interruptions.
You are quality-conscious and highly self-disciplined. You work well within the rules and framework of the company.

We offer a competitive salary package with pension and health insurance. Expect around 25–30 travel days annually; other meetings take place via Teams.
