The service is a partnership between private enterprise and government and Oxford Innovation (OI) is one of four partners in a consortium delivering the service across England. Oxford Innovation’s Business Growth Services division is leading the delivery in the South of England and is seeking a talented Partnership Manager to fill a key new role in developing the service. This is a regional role and you must live within the South of England within one hour’s commute of central Oxford and be able to travel frequently.

Overall purpose:
To develop relationships with partners, stakeholders and intermediaries in order to build awareness of GrowthAccelerator amongst the high growth business community and drive lead generation for GrowthAccelerator in the South through these multiple channels.
Major Responsibilities:
Identify and target high profile organisations with a strong client/membership base of high growth SMEs. These could include:o Financial serviceso Professional serviceso Organisations with large-scale supply chains or partner networksSecure agreements with key partners which result in significant lead generation of high growth business for GrowthAcceleratorDevelop appropriate engagement activity with key partnersDevelop and roll out a large number of powerful lead generation eventsAim high to hit ambitious sales targetsKeep the GrowthManagers and Team Directors up to speed with your activities and successes. Key responsibilities:
Work with our marketing and business development teams to harvest intelligence and data for effective marketing and programme development and build awareness of GrowthAccelerator in the South Work closely with our GrowthManagers, tapping into their expert knowledge and local networks.Develop and implement partnership agreements with target organisations which include a range of activities that provide win-win opportunities for GrowthAccelerator and our partnersEncourage high growth SMEs in the South to register, publish and engage with the GrowthAccelerator service. Secure significant volume of referrals from partners for GrowthManagersWork with all partners on marketing initiatives which will increase take-up of serviceDevelop referrals process from partners for general business support enquiries Ensure that all customer and partner contact detail is correctly recorded on the CRM system and that service delivery is recorded for the purpose of management information.Person specification:

Salary: c£40,000 per annum + OTE £50,000 per annum
