Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable Salesforce experience
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Experience in managing hierarchies, roles, profiles and user access in Salesforce.com org.
- Provided SFDC training to new and existing users
- Experience with process builder and flows

The Salesforce Administrator is a hands-on role within our technology team, based in Marlow. The role covers all aspects of Salesforce including technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements and all related policies and procedures. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will execute all configuration changes and will proactively monitor the system configuration and controls.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce Users – including setup and training provision in accordance with the companies onboarding and offboarding process
- Perform on-going Salesforce administration including creating and maintaining as a minimum: profiles, roles, record types, fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards
- Produce monthly reports to help with monitoring and up keep of Salesforce
- Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform, based on industry best practices and business needs
- Support the global rollout of Salesforce
As the ideal candidate, you will be highly familiar with Salesforce and eager to maintain your knowledge to a high level, with a keen interest in latest trends. You will have demonstrable experience working as a Salesforce Administrator and will be comfortable communicating regularly with Salesforce users, supporting them in their role, providing information and training on features and functionality. Furthermore, you will actively engage with users to understand and help relevant departments maintain and enhance their use of Salesforce.
