A new and exciting position has become available to work within the Marketing team at Thomas International, where you will be defining, executing and driving marketing projects and campaigns. These projects will roll out across the UK as well as our International wholly owned and partner networks.
The International Marketing Manager will ensure processes are in place and partners are supported with the roll out of such projects and campaigns, by tailoring to local market needs, brand messaging and communications globally, to both clients and prospects.
Experience in managing multi-country marketing projects is essential, as well as a solid proven background in defining and communicating successful global marketing strategies. Evidence of success in building and maintaining multi-country internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunity is also required.
We are looking for someone who will be able to:
- Contribute to the marketing planning of key projects in the annual marketing plan
- Drive international marketing plans
- Develop and deliver effective integrated marketing campaigns and communications
- Define, implement and communicate strategies and tactics for delivering the central marketing plan for product launches
- Interface effectively with different departments, collaborating on market research, key messaging and strategies to achieve business goals
- Evaluate the competitive landscape across agreed geographic markets, suggesting new strategies leading to increased brand awareness
- Work with and support Thomas wholly owned partners, using local knowledge to develop multi-channel marketing plans
- Create clear and concise briefs and liaise with agencies, translators, designers and printers as required
- Write and proofread internal and client facing copy
- Work with the Digital team to maximise digital channels
- Develop an understanding of existing strategies that have measurable success rates and share best practice across countries
- Evaluate and report on monthly marketing activity including ROI, successes and recommended improvements
