We are growing our Internal Sales Team within our head office in Marlow.  If you are interested in taking your first steps towards sales, working with a team developing the client base, handling and qualifying leads and becoming experts in Thomas products, this is a great opportunity for an outgoing individual who enjoys a varied and exciting role. 

Within the Internal Sales team you will create structured campaigns via sectors and geography to support the field based consultants.  You will follow up emails with phone calls to establish contacts and to generate interest in Thomas products.  You will proactively monitor all incoming leads, identify requirements and establish the appropriate Thomas solution for the client. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.  You will be self-aware and adaptable.  Your ability to be reactive and quick thinking will ensure you are an effective problem solver and have the ability to formulate solutions.  The ideal candidate will have previous customer service or sales experience within a commercial environment.

Contactability and communication are also likely to be key notes, as the job environment may require the active influencing and persuading of a variety of people in changing situations.
