We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Apprentice to join us, working from our Marlow office. The Client Services Apprentice will work towards achieving a Diploma Level 2 Qualification under the Business Administration Apprenticeship Scheme.  

Throughout the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will actively work towards their qualification as well as providing an excellent operational support service to both internal and external clients.

The Client Services Apprentice will provide a comprehensive customer focused administration service including general office administration duties and project work (data input and research). The Client Services Apprentice will work closely with the Operations, Sales and Client Services functions to ensure that all administrative support is delivered on time and to the highest of standards. This includes entering and maintaining information and ensuring complete accuracy on the Company’s CRM system.

In addition, the Client Services Apprentice will pro – actively work to ensure client relationships are professionally and efficiently managed by providing excellent customer service to all clients. This includes, but is not limited to, managing all visitors to the Marlow office, responding promptly to all incoming calls to the Marlow main office line and providing ad hoc phone reception cover at other Thomas offices.

Note:

During the apprenticeship, the Client Services Apprentice will work towards and should achieve attainment of a Diploma (formerly NVQ) Level 2 Qualification as required, with Thomas International UK Limited under the Apprenticeship Scheme (subject to qualification). The apprentice will be visited every 4-8 weeks approx. by an assessor and they will set the work to be undertaken for the apprentice’s qualifications, which must completed.
