We have a new opportunity for a Sales Analyst to join our sales team, based in Marlow.

The Sales Analyst will support the strategic development, planning and reporting of information and the development and implementation of processes that drive successful business results across the UK sales organisation. The Sales Analyst will support a diverse range of activities and initiatives in support of this goal, with the primary focus on the support of sales analytics and the effective utilisation of Salesforce.com. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare reporting to support the needs of sales management in acquiring and managing customer information and demographics
  • Support the sales management team in providing regular sales KPI and incentive reporting
  • Analyse financial and Salesforce.com information to identify trends and / or provide targeting information for lead sources
  • Salesforce.com administrative responsibilities, including account allocation/re-allocation
  • Periodic review of customer data within Salesforce.com for alignment to data standards
  • Review, validation, enrichment and removal of account records in Salesforce.com
  • Support the sales team in Salesforce.com best practice 
  • Maintain the integrity of our account information
  • Support data cleansing activities and analyse and improve data quality
