An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager (HR Services) to join a fast – growing, worldwide leader of psychometric assessments.

We are recruiting for an Account Manager (HR Services) to support our growth in the Italian market and are seeking applicants with a strong background in the account management of HR services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day account management of Thomas key accounts in Italy
  • Providing first line consultancy services to our client and supporting them to best use our tools
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Regional business development by meeting with prospects and conducting product demonstrations
  • Assisting with requests
  • Preparing, negotiating and closing offers

This role would suit an enthusiastic and self – driven professional, with a background in HR. The role will be based in Northern Italy, covering areas such as Piemonte, Liguria, Lombardia and Veneto.
