The Engage and 360 Administrator is an exciting role for a confident and organised individual to join our Client Services Department. The role will see the individual owning the delivery of Engage and 360 managed services, involving product administration from start to finish with our global clients. In this proactive role, you will start and close Engage and 360 projects as well as manage the delivery of the final report(s) whilst meeting customer needs.

The Engage and 360 Administrator is a crucial role, which will involve the highest level of professionalism at all times. As a representative of the Thomas Brand you will have an immediate impact on our relationship with clients. Organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure will aid you in this role, as you strive to delight our clients.

The role also requires adaptability, curiosity, self-motivation and the ability to establish and maintain long-term working relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the weekly Engage and 360 project plan and send to relevant stakeholders
  • Build and manage all Engage and 360 projects in line with customer requirements
  • Generate all Engage and 360 reports including where requested any additional items and distribute as appropriate
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders on the status of Engage and 360 projects
  • Proactively identify client needs and ensure that these are met with the objective of delighting our customers
  • Where required, talk to clients to find the most profitable and effective solution
  • Be a product and system expert, able to answer queries around our assessments and fully demonstrate the system in a live environment
  • Carry out project work, data input, report output and research as required to support both internal and external customer requests
  • Monitor all forums of client support to ensure a rapid response to queries, including the Engage and 360 Inbox

This is a temporary role lasting until the end of 2019.
