We have an exciting new opportunity for a field-based Client Development Consultant to join our expanding Client Development team in the Midlands and North of England.The Client Development Consultant is a product expert who helps Thomas’ clients transform their use of our portfolio to help them effectively address challenges and decisions involving people. This involves working with individual candidates, working with and presenting to teams, and working directly with client stakeholders and Thomas’ experts to design, implement, and deliver programmes.

The CDC role operates collaboratively alongside Field and Inside Sales Consultants to add value to client opportunities through product expertise.

The role requires adaptability, curiosity, self-motivation and the ability to establish and maintain long-term working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
