This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic Training & Events team on a temporary basis, based at our headquarters in Marlow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of client and internal training, regular events and company travel, in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and effective delivery of internal and external client-facing events
- Liaising with clients regarding the management of course bookings
- Providing proactive co-ordination support for the Training Team, to maximise trainer time and minimise expenditure
- Supporting the team with research and coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility projects
- Travelling to and attending events for all businesses within Thomas when required
- Responding to client and employee queries, ensuring the telephone and email services provided meet the minimum standards agreed across the whole department
- Researching, booking and confirming all aspects of travel, to include transfers, visas, flights and accommodation for both internal and external clients
- Various other administrative tasks for the Operations Team, including data entry and LastPass administration
