We are very excited about our growing Thomas Sport and Thomas Education businesses and we’re now looking for sales consultants to work across this joint function and to introduce Thomas assessments into both sectors.

Within Thomas Sport, our assessments help teams, coaches and athletes to become more self-aware, understand their emotional intelligence and have a greater focus to ultimately be more successful. 

Thomas Education was established to introduce assessments into schools and education centres to help young people develop self-awareness, and gain a greater understanding of their strengths in relation personal development, academic achievement and career / progression choices

Reporting to the Head of Sport and Education, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating, developing and managing a growing portfolio of sport and education clients
  • Attending networking events on a regular basis to generate leads
  • Providing consultancy for sport and education clients, adopting a solution-focused approach
  • Managing client relationships   
  • Contributing to the success of the Sport and Education team, by providing specialist knowledge and skills within the sectors to support the strategic development of the business.

Suitable applicants will ideally have a background in sales, in the sport or education sectors. You will be comfortable working to sales targets to assist in the development of the Thomas Sport and Thomas Education businesses.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be subject to a DBS check.
