Thomas International are offering a fantastic opportunity  - undertaking a workplace apprenticeship, in this role you will study towards a Business Administration Diploma (formerly NVQ Level 2), combining workplace assessments with daily and weekly office responsibilities. 

Reporting to the Training & Events Manager in our Marlow Office, your tasks will include general office administration, reception cover and managing the post, as well as supporting our office based training events through operating our room booking system and greeting the delegates as they arrive. 

Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will be provided with full training which will include shadowing your colleagues until you feel confident to undertake each task. 

This role will suit an outgoing and enthusiastic recent school leaver who can demonstrate a desire to work in a busy office environment, developing first class customer service and excellent administration skills.  You will be a good communicator, familiar with MS Office.

The Job Profile indicates that the person fulfilling this role should have the ability to absorb and impart information to others on a factual basis within a specialist/technical area of expertise. Situations involving people and the maintaining of goodwill are also important to the function. The incumbent should have persistence, be thorough, systematic and precise and have an innate need to get things right. Ideally the person in this position should have the ability to adhere to rules, procedure and detail whilst maintaining quality and ensuring standards are met. Diplomacy and working within clearly defined parameters, in a predictable climate are other aspects which may be involved in the job.
