Essential Skills:

We have an exciting opportunity to expand our highly successful Client Training Team to support our rapid and exciting growth plans for our UK, International, Sport and Education businesses.  The team is dynamic, creative and strive to be better all the time.

We are passionate about changing lives through our training and we are looking for an experienced Trainer who has a track record of designing and delivering programmes to a variety of audiences. We are particularly keen to hear from candidate with experience of delivering soft competency programmes into both sales and leadership environments. Equally important is the ability to change delivery style to suit our audiences across sport, education and internationally.

The role will involve the delivery of public and in-house training courses across our suite of psychometric assessment tools.  Within Team Thomas you will have the opportunity to work on joint projects with other trainers to expand our portfolio of creative and experiential training solutions which support bespoke client development workshops and events. We also encourage you to be brave and bring your own materials and style to the team contributing to our ongoing success and innovation.

In particular, we would be very interested in hearing from qualified coaches or if you have and understanding in the application of psychometric assessments into business.

As a Client Trainer, you will share our passion for assessments and liaise with our network of consultants regarding any potential sales opportunities arising from the events or campaigns that you manage.  

As an ideal candidate, you will need to be passionate about developing people, display and understand the concept of emotional intelligence and be able to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.  This role will best suit a candidate who enjoys autonomy and knows how and when to switch their delivery styles to suit the client or the topic delivered.  Strong skills in facilitation, training and coaching need to be demonstrated.  

Training takes place throughout the UK with some international travel and will involve overnight stays away from home.
