Thomas International islooking for a Research Analyst to join our expanding Psychology team and growing business. The role will be based in our Central London office and will report to the Head of Psychology. The Research Analyst will be responsible for working with our suite of psychometric assessments, conducting research, data analytics, managing projects and providing an excellent level of service within the psychology department to both internal and external clients.

This role will suit someone who can maintain excellent time management, attention to detail and levels of service within a fast-paced and ever-changing working environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and have the ability to communicate logically when presenting psychological and statistical concepts to people without subject matter expertise. Their statistical knowledge must be broad; knowledge of multiple statistical packages and research methods is highly desirable and we will want to see this evidenced in any application we receive.

The person fulfilling this role will have the ability to absorb and impart information to others on a factual basis. The incumbent should be non- aggressive by nature and the environment, where possible, should be free of trouble and hassle. Friendliness and persuasion are key aspects within the role as well as the need to work in a systematic and precise manner. The incumbent will need to maintain goodwill and create good impressions. Standard operating procedures and a perfectionist approach are important to the role. The person fulfilling this function should be a good communicator, positive and enthusiastic, but able to work within procedures on job aspects which may deal with facts, standards and quality. Activity, flexibility, pace and an accommodating, helpful approach may also be requirements of this job.
