An exciting opportunity has arisen in our flagship central London office for a Training and Office Coordinator to support the training and events in London as well as managing the facilities and meeting rooms for this busy office.  Covering reception and acting as a main point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for preparing rooms for training, meeting the catering needs for all events and ensuring the facilities requirements are up to date in line with risk assessment guidelines. 

In conjunction with the Training and Events Team, you will follow company procedures ensuring cost effectiveness in the ordering of stationery and office supplies.  You will support the sales office with general sales administration including the running of reports and appointment booking.

This role would suit a proactive, customer focused individual, ideally with 12 months’ experience within a commercial environment.  You will have a high level of interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with a busy team in an office where activity levels are high.  You will need to juggle multiple activities and have a good understanding of MS Office.

The person fulfilling this role should have the ability to absorb and impart information to others on a factual basis within a specialist/technical area of expertise. Situations involving people and the maintaining of goodwill are also important to the function. The incumbent should have persistence, be thorough, systematic and precise and have an innate need to get things right. Ideally the person in this position should have the ability to adhere to rules, procedure and detail whilst maintaining quality and ensuring standards are met. Diplomacy and working within clearly defined parameters, in a predictable climate are other aspects which may be involved in the job.
