Trainer - Full Time, Nationwide

We have an exciting opportunity to expand our team with an experienced trainer to support the rapid growth within our UK, International, Sports and Education businesses.

The role will involve the delivery of public training courses across our suite of assessment tools for our clients. You will also enjoy working on the creative design and delivery of bespoke client workshops and events nationwide and abroad.

You will need to have experience of developing training courses where soft competencies have been used to develop and grow learners. In particular we would be very interested in hearing from qualified coaches, sales trainers or people who have developed e-learning packages.

As a Thomas trainer you will also be expected to liaise with our network of consultants regarding any potential sales opportunities arising from the events or campaigns that you manage.

As an ideal candidate, you will need to be passionate about developing people and have exceptional interpersonal skills, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You need at least 3 years’ experience within a training role.

Training will take place throughout the UK with some international travel and will involve overnight stays.
