We offer programmes to improve engagement and attainment as well as career guidance initiatives. Our psychometric profiling assessments and services have a dramatic effect on young people across the UK.
As a newly established company we are looking to both expand and nurture our existing client base in 2013. We have an exciting opportunity to grow our team and are looking for Education Consultants that thrive on developing long lasting, trusting and profitable relationships.
The position will involve presentations, proposal writing and promoting our psychometric assessments for young people to Government bodies, schools, universities and colleges within a defined territory.
The right candidate will also find working with young people rewarding and will be able to communicate and present on a level that young adults will find both interesting and engaging.
While the role is within Thomas Education there will be a level of work embarked upon with Thomas UK, this will give the opportunity to work within a wider community of consultants with the benefits of having additional support staff.
We offer a good basic, plus commission, plus bonuses and if you prove successful, your earnings can rise to £60-£70k per annum. During your first year, when you are building your client base, earnings are likely to be in the region of £30k. per annum
Key Skills:
Ideally have proven success in selling within the education or public sector
Be able to work on your own initiative
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Have willingness to travel
