Client Support Consultant - Marlow

An opportunity has arisen within our successful Marlow team for an individual who is focused on enabling Thomas clients to get the very best from the services we offer.

The role is office based therefore there is a need for high levels of communication both written and verbally. Telephone manner will be instrumental in establishing the successful candidate as part of the Thomas team.

The Client support role within Thomas concentrates on developing opportunities and increasing service levels with existing clients. You will need to assist clients in using the entire Thomas solution and offer them support and assistance with their own interpretation and utilisation of our suite of assessments.

The individual required for this role will need to be friendly, confident, persistent and agile. There is often the need to multi task to ensure the needs of your own clients and those of other team members are being fulfilled, so the ability to prioritise workload and ensure consistency of delivery is essential. The ability to build sustainable, fulfilling relationships with both clients and other team members is an important part of the role. The position would suit a very people focused individual who enjoys team participation.

Approximately 90% of the successful candidate’s time will be spent on the telephone, with existing clients. There are opportunities for career progression to Client development consultant if there is evidence of sales ability.
