We have an exciting opportunity to expand our team with an experienced trainer.
The role will involve the delivering of training courses across our suite of assessment tools for our clients, as well as, designing in house events for clients around the product offering, working in conjunction with other members of the training team, consultants and the client. You will also need to have experience of developing bespoke training events and ideally be a qualified coach.
As a trainer you will also be expected to liaise with consultants regarding any potential sales opportunities arising from the events that you run.
As an ideal candidate, you will need to be passionate about developing people and have exceptional interpersonal skills, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You need at least 3 years’ experience within a training role.
Training will take place throughout the UK and will involve overnight stays.
