The Engage Administrator is an exciting role for a confident and organised individual to join our Client Support Department. The role will see the individual owning the Engage and 360 Elite product administration, from start to finish with all clients. In this role, you will have to proactively identify their needs and ensure that they are met, which will involve starting and closing Engage and 360 Elite projects as well as managing delivery of the final report(s).

The Engage Administrator is a crucial client-facing role, which will involve the highest level of professionalism at all times as a representative of the Thomas Brand, with an immediate impact on our relationship with clients. Organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure will aid you in this role, as you strive to delight our clients.
