We are  seeking an Import/Export & Trade Compliance Manager to lead trade compliance governance and daily import/export execution for our Fluid Connectors manufacturing site in Toluca, Estado de México. This role is critical to protecting business continuity in a plant/maquiladora (IMMEX) environment, ensuring compliant, on-time cross-border flows for components and finished goods—primarily steel and brass materials/products—while strengthening controls, documentation integrity, and supply chain security.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Own and lead import and export operations end-to-end, ensuring customs clearance on time and fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain constant coordination with customs brokers (agentes aduanales) to ensure accurate filings, issue resolution, and proactive risk prevention (holds, audits, penalties, rectifications).
  • Origin certifications and FTA compliance: ensure correct determination, issuance, and retention of origin documentation under USMCA/T-MEC and applicable FTAs (Chile, Colombia, Central America); manage supporting evidence and audit-ready records.
  • NOM compliance: ensure adherence to applicable Mexican NOM requirements, including management of verification and documentation using certificates issued by Verification Units (e.g., NYCE).
  • CTPAT–OEA supply chain security: manage procedures, documentation controls, and internal/external readiness (audits, evidence packages, continuous improvement) aligned to CTPAT and OEA requirements.
  • IMMEX controls (Annex 24 & Annex 30): oversee compliance processes and documentation controls for inventory tracking, discharges/returns, reconciliations, and system/provider coordination to maintain robust audit trails.
  • Automatic Steel Notices: manage Automatic Notices for steel imports (Secretaría de Economía / VUCEM), including authorizations, validity tracking, and tariff-code level traceability.
  • Ensure accurate tariff classification, customs valuation, origin determination, and change control for new products, suppliers, routes, and Incoterms (with special attention to steel/brass inputs and related regulatory impacts).
  • Track and improve KPIs (clearance lead times, brokerage costs, incidents, rectifications, fines/penalties), implementing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Lead, coach, and influence cross-functional stakeholders (Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, Finance) through training, guidance, and clear compliance standards.

Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Customs/Trade Compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading import/export operations and trade compliance in a manufacturing/plant environment (industrial/automotive preferred), including frequent coordination with customs brokers.
  • Proven, working command of:
    • USMCA/T-MEC origin certifications and FTAs including Chile, Colombia, and Central America.
    • NOM compliance supported by certificates issued by a Verification Unit, including NYCE.
    • CTPAT–OEA procedures, documentation controls, and audit readiness.
    • Annex 24 and Annex 30 procedures/document controls within an IMMEX/maquiladora environment.

This role is focused on promoting and selling fluid conveyance solutions, including hoses, fittings, adapters, quick couplings, tubing, and hydraulic/pneumatic components. The ideal candidate will provide consultative technical support, identify customer needs, develop business opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive technical sales growth for the Fluid Connectors product line, including:

Parker-Hannifin is seeking a Production Planner for the MC Plant. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the production plan to ensure timely material availability, proper order prioritization, and achievement of committed delivery dates for hydraulic products, including cylinders, valves, actuators, and a kit assembly line.

The ideal candidate is methodical, reliable, and results-oriented, with the ability to interpret data, apply sound judgment, and make fact-based decisions in accordance with established specifications, procedures, and Parker-Hannifin standards. This role will help align customer demand with operational capacity, material availability, and production priorities.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and monitor the production plan for hydraulic products at the MC Plant, including cylinders, valves, actuators, and the kit assembly line, ensuring alignment among demand, capacity, materials, and operational priorities.
  • Analyze inventory data, open orders, customer requirements, and production capacity to support data-driven planning decisions.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, materials, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to ensure schedule adherence and resolve deviations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the progress of production and assembly orders, identifying risks, delays, or constraints that may impact customer delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system information in compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up on material shortages, priority changes, demand adjustments, and urgent requirements with urgency and clear communication.
  • Help reduce planning errors through detailed data review, information validation, and adherence to standards.
  • Prepare reports, metrics, and analyses related to schedule attainment, material availability, and planning performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, plan reliability, material flow, and operational efficiency.

 

  •  
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in production planning, materials control, manufacturing scheduling, or supply chain within an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and information management related to demand, inventories, production orders, and material requirements.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and information validation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and ability to work with data, specifications, and established procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize activities, follow up consistently, and ensure reliable plan execution.
  • Effective communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Sense of urgency to address changes, operational risks, and customer priorities.
  • Focus on quality, error reduction, continuous improvement, and compliance with standards.
  • English proficiency is desirable, particularly for interpreting technical information, reports, or operational communications.

We are seeking a Parker Hannifin is seeking a Technical Sales Representative / Territory Manager – Automotive Market  who is responsible for driving profitable growth within the assigned territory by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering Parker-Hannifin motion and control solutions to customers in the Automotive Market.

This role combines technical application knowledge, consultative selling, territory management, and customer support to promote Parker-Hannifin’s portfolio of hydraulic, electromechanical, and motion control technologies.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with business unit objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the Automotive Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, distributors, integrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote Parker-Hannifin products, systems, and solutions related to motion and control technologies.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding customer applications, requirements, and performance expectations.
  • Recommend appropriate Parker-Hannifin solutions based on customer needs, operating conditions, and application requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, opportunity development, quotations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, customer records, and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering, customer service, product management, operations, and distribution partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support product presentations, technical discussions, customer visits, training sessions, and business reviews.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer projects, and industry developments within the automotive segment.
  • Ensure compliance with Parker-Hannifin policies, pricing guidelines, quality standards, and business ethics.

 

We are looking for a talent with

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,Chemical Engineering,Mechatronics Engineering,Automotive Systems Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of Hydraulics, Electromechanical systems, and Motion Control.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, operating parameters, and customer application requirements.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing environments, systems integration, and equipment performance needs.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers, distributors, and internal teams
  • Experience in technical sales, territory management, application engineering, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles.
  • Experience serving customers in the Automotive Market is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage sales opportunities, develop customer relationships, and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Experience working with OEMs, Tier suppliers, distributors, or manufacturing customers is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong customer focus and consultative selling skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex product portfolios.
  • Business acumen and disciplined territory management.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
