We have an exciting opening for a Human Resources General Coordinator in Toluca, México. plays a key role in supporting our people strategy by ensuring effective execution of HR processes, talent development, and employee relations across both administrative and unionized teams.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Supports HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Coordinates communication and administration between corporate HR, divisional teams, and the local plant to align initiatives and ensure consistency.
- Leads employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, recognition programs, and development opportunities.
- Provides guidance to supervisors and managers on labor relations issues, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
- Coordinates training programs for administrative and unionized personnel, ensuring completion of mandatory courses and alignment with business needs.
- Monitors attendance, absenteeism, and turnover trends, analyzing data and proposing improvement actions to management.
- Supports audits and certifications related to ISO, labor, and internal compliance, maintaining HR documentation and processes audit-ready.
- Participates in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring fair and timely hiring aligned with Parker values and job requirements.
- Acts as liaison with the union committee, facilitating communication and supporting negotiations and agreements in collaboration with the HR Manager.
We are looking for a talent with
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment with both administrative and unionized personnel.
- Technical knowledge: Labor law, payroll processes, recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR information systems (SAP or similar).
- Languages: Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
