We are looking for the right talent within Organisational Psychology/HR/Consulting to take Thomas to the next level in Norway. You will get the opportunity to build business relations across different industries, build your own client portfolio and work on development solutions in different companies.
The main responsibilities of the Business Development Consultant include:
- To sell Thomas’ products and services
- To achieve budgeted sales targets
- To promote use of Thomas products and services to clients in accordance with best practice in order to achieve business budgets as determined by the company
- To build and develop your own client portfolio; Securing new and developing existing clients in their use of Thomas products
- To attend networking events on a regular basis and to create further interest in Thomas products and services wherever possible
- Carrying out pre and post training course meetings to help embed knowledge
- Providing assessment feedback, training, coaching and consultancy in cooperation with management consultants
Full product training and support will be provided to develop the successful candidate into the role, along with continual professional development.
Your background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. This role would suit candidates with account management, HR or consultancy experience
- You are preferably educated within the field of Organisational Psychology or Business/Marketing
- You have a strong interest for the relationship between organisation, leadership and results in companies
